Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the following terms.

1. Business Use Only

Our website and services are intended exclusively for business customers. By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business and not as a consumer.

2. Quotations

All quotations are subject to product availability and price changes. The company reserves the right to amend or withdraw any offer prior to order confirmation.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that all product information, descriptions, and images are accurate and up to date. However, some images or descriptions may be indicative only. Customers must confirm all final product details at the time of order placement.

4. Enquiry Submissions

By submitting your contact details or product lists, you grant us permission to contact you regarding your enquiry. All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Inspection of Goods

Customers must inspect all goods prior to leaving the warehouse. Any shortages or discrepancies cannot be rectified once goods have departed.

6. Price Maintenance

All price-maintained goods are strictly subject to retail price maintenance and must be sold in accordance with the applicable maintained pricing.

7. Claims and Payments

In the event of a claim by the customer against the company, the customer shall not withhold or delay payment for any goods ordered. If the company is found liable, a credit will be issued once liability has been confirmed.

8. Retention of Title

Until full payment for all goods under all contracts between the parties has been received in full:
i. The goods remain the property of the company, though all risk and responsibility for them passes to the purchaser upon delivery.
ii. The purchaser may sell the goods in the ordinary course of business but must hold and pursue any claims for the proceeds of such sale, equal to the price of the goods, on behalf of the company.

9. Restocking Fee

The company reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of no less than £50 per pallet for any order that is cancelled or refused after completion.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, branding, and other materials — is the exclusive property of Navsa International Limited and may not be used, copied, or reproduced in any form without prior written consent.
